Is the Core plan really free?
Yes - one location and up to two waitlists, free (for now). We do ask for a card at signup so that moving up to Pro later is a single click
How does SMS billing work?
Pro is $30 per month plus $0.02 per text. Texts are metered and billed at the end of each billing period, so you only pay for messages you send.
Do I need any special hardware?
No. Guests join from their own phones by scanning a QR code, and your staff manage everything from any phone or tablet.
Can I use my own branding?
On Pro, yes - add your logo, background and accent colours, custom wording, and even host the waitlist page on your own domain.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the billing page in your dashboard. You will also be charged for any extra SMS messages sent during the billing period.
